MWB (Mechanische Werkstätten Blochwitz) was founded in 1990 by Frank Blochwitz in the town of Geringswalde, with just a single employee. In 1991, the company moved to its present headquarters in Rochlitzer Strasse. In the years that followed, the company made targeted investments in turning and milling technology. This was accompanied by a constant expansion in the production facility.

Right from the start, the aim was to create the perfect production conditions through a combination of modern technology and motivated employees. This goal laid the foundations for flexible and efficient manufacturing to meet the highest demands for quality.

With over 50 highly skilled employees, MWB is an established systems supplier and partner to industry. Today, MWB stands for excellent, reliable quality and continuous stability.
